liquid faith
Liquid faith describes a form of spirituality that is flexible, changing, and not bound to a single fixed religious system. The word liquid suggests something that can take different forms while retaining a recognizable continuity.
It is closely related to sociologist Zygmunt Bauman's idea of “liquid modernity,” in which identities, institutions, relationships, and traditions become less fixed and more fluid.
